Wine is also an option for serving with chocolate.  Take about.com’s advice on wine and chocolate:

  • Dark Chocolate – Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Tawny, Vintage Port
  • Milk Chocolate – Pinot Noir, light-bodied Merlot, dessert wines, sparkling wine or champagne for dipped strawberries.
  • White Chocolate – Sherry, Moscato d’Asti, Orange Muscat.

Lastly, a mild cup of coffee compliments chocolate.
